1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Cycle AI for your personal, non-commercial use on a compatible device owned or controlled by you.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Cycle AI;
• Reproduce, distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise make Cycle AI available to third parties;
• Use Cycle AI in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others;
• Use Cycle AI to create, transmit, or store unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content;
• Attempt to access or use Cycle AI in ways that could damage, disable, or impair the services.

3. User-Generated Content and AI Responses

Cycle AI enables you to interact with AI-generated content and create or customize characters for conversational purposes. You acknowledge that:

• All content generated during interactions (including text, characters, and responses) may be stored and analyzed to improve system performance.
• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate. You use Cycle AI at your own discretion and risk.
• You are solely responsible for any content you upload, create, or share via Cycle AI, including custom character data and prompts.

4. Intellectual Property

Cycle AI and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in Cycle AI or its content.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to Cycle AI at any time and for any reason, including if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Cycle AI and delete all copies from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cycle AI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and data accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Cycle AI.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted in Cycle AI or on our website. Continued use of Cycle AI after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
